		<description>Every notice how every time they pass a law to increase the average revenue per traffic stop they always say “The intention of this bill is to save lives in Florida by prohibiting [fill in description here] while driving so we can reduce deaths and accidents,” he said. “The purpose of the bill is not to enact a law in order to pull someone over and write a citation.”? What will they prohibit and tax next? Changing the radio station while driving? Drinking coffee? Looking at your passenger while talking to them? Damn liberals think they need to write a statute for everything....</description>
