Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings provide client feedback on a lawyer by asking clients to complete a brief evaluation of a lawyer’s services and other professional qualities. There’s no cost or payment associated with Client Review Ratings.

The survey questions involve four areas to assess communication ability, quality of service, responsiveness and value on specific matters for which they hired the lawyer.

Client Review Ratings are designed to provide an objective place for clients to share their experiences working with a specific lawyer. This information guides other potential clients when deciding whether to retain a specific lawyer.

After lawyers have been evaluated on their service and relationships skills, lawyers who receive three or more Client Reviews with a score of 4.0 – 5.0 will be recognized by a Martindale-Hubbell® Client Distinction Award.
