What Should I Expect During A DUI Case In Miami?

Different situations and behaviors can result in a DUI arrest in Miami, but the circumstances surrounding the arrest are often the same. Arrestees usually experience the following:

  • Perform a battery of roadside or nautical sobriety exercises
  • Asked pointed and embarrassing questions
